Wonderful experience with Phoenix. They checked my fireplaces and were very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely use them in the future.
I first met Donnie almost 15 years ago, when he came out to inspect the fireplace in our newly-purchased home. He discovered the fireplace and heater flue was about 2/3 blocked with debris, which could have endangered our family and yet was not a part of the home inspection we had recently had before purchasing! He quickly and professionally fixed the problem. I then lost his contact information at one point, over the years, and used a different chimney company. I much prefer Donnie's hands-on professionalism and honesty, and quickly made contact with him again. I will not use anyone else in the future. You're in good hands with Donnie and Phoenix and anyone who works with him.
