WOW I don’t know where to start honestly Kat was so wonderful and helpful in every way. She was send to us by God. She made the sale of our house a piece of cake. My husband and I leave NC however the house on sale was in VA, without stepping out of our state she managed all the maintenance work on the house including painting, shopping for all the appliances and light fixtures to mention few.
