I am doing more than I ever dreamed I could do. I love the stretches at the end. The coaches are very helpful and qualified.

(October 9, 2018, 6:38 pm)Orangetheory is like a cross between 1) a gym, 2) discotheque, and 3) off-track betting (as your heart-rate monitor is linked to a large leaderboard). I’m a huge fan of OTF… it works for me.

(August 26, 2018, 7:59 pm)Love OT! I hadn’t worked out in literally years, and dragged myself to class when I became frustrated with my weight. I was shocked that I loved it! I went from buying 10 sessions to 8 a month to unlimited. Now, I’m disappointed when I don’t get to go. I’m in a better mood, have more energy and have already lost a few pounds. I have burned over 10k calories in 11 weeks. Coaches are terrific!! And they foster a great community too!
