Windsor at Fairlakes

I enjoyed shopping in this place for the first time ever. There are many cute and elegant designs.. prices vary but mostly reasonable. I found the store sale deal great as I bought many piece for the price of $7 regardless of the high price on the tag. I definitely recommend this store

3-MONTH UPDATE:

I'm a returning resident (lived here back in 2016). We currently have a 3-bd/2ba renovated Thoreau top-floor unit with a vaulted ceiling and it is one of the nicest apartments that I've lived in. We have fortified wood floor throughout (except bedrooms), open floor plan, big kitchen, LOTS AND LOTS OF STORAGE, oversized washer/dryer, and lots of wall space for shelving and decoration, LOTS OF LIGHT! It's considerate and smart planning.

You have a reserved parking space and some unmarked space. Plenty of parking in the street. Guest parking is good for a week!

There is a trail leading to the Fairfax Parkway, great for walking and biking. Very secluded. There's even a small lake. Lots of green so it's shady and nice in the summer. Open building breezeways in the buildings. My unit faces the woods so I have a beautiful view, especially now when the leaves are changing colors. And that also means absolute privacy!

Maintenance is efficient. Juan and Roberto are cool. You can do everything on the portal, which is really nice (it's a clean and user-friendly interface too). Office staff, Joshua and Collette, are nice and prompt. I had an issue with dog pee on my balcony, left over from previous sh1tty owners who clearly didn't know how to own a dog. Maintenance came and power-washed the whole balcony and the smell is gone. I do appreciate that.

Overall, I'm quite happy living here. The neighbors are nice. Apartments are clean and actually new. Can't complain.

I highly recommend Windsor. I actually look forward to coming home every day now. I used to live at Bell Fair Oaks (changed their name to The Knolls now) and it was ridiculous (I'll make a review at a later time; they still haven't mailed me my security deposit and it's been months!). Don't live there LOL. Live here instead.

The team has been amazing to work with and we couldn’t be happier in our new apartment! Collette made sure that we not only had the remodeled apartment we wanted, she also made sure to keep in touch with us throughout the process to let us do a walk through upon completion to make sure we were happy with the place before signing the lease!

Lived here for 2 years and the reviews were at less than 2 stars at the time we moved in. This place was amazing from start to finish, all of the reviews were based on management. Since then, Josh has taken over and the place has done a 180, absolutely amazing loving situation with constant regard for community wants and needs. Truly a lovely place to live. If it wasn’t for work I would’ve stayed longer. I’ll miss this place.
