Dan was incredible! I won't lie, I was pretty skeptical of this form of practice since it is so foreign to me. After walking in, Dan made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had about hypnotism. We started just talking about what brought me in to him and different topics I wanted help with. He started to dive in deeper about my situation to get a better understanding of what my needs were. After about 45 minutes, we started the hypnotizing. It was an amazing feel to be in complete comfort and relaxation and it was a total mind widening experience. Once I came to, I instantly felt better and very excited to see him again. I am so grateful I found Dan and can't recommend him enough! I initially went to see him for my sugar addiction but got so much more out of my two sessions with him. In the first session he took the time to get to know me, who I was and what I was struggling with. He gave me some great information on how our brains work and an exercise I could do to help when I have any negative emotions. Then we did hypnosis. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was incredibly relaxing and I felt present throughout the entire thing. I booked my second session for the next day. In that session we created a list of incantations which was my list of things I wanted to improve in my life. For me it was eating healthy, patience with my kids, and finding value in being a stay at home mom right now. We then recorded those incantations and did another hypnosis session using them. I now have a recording of the hypnosis that I listen to every morning when I wake up. I've already seen a big change in how I communicate with and react to my kids and just generally I feel happier and a more positive person. I still eat sugar (baby steps, it takes time!) but I haven't binged since seeing Dan. If anyone is even slightly interested in hypnosis, Dan is definitely the person you want to go see. I can't wait to work with him again and now my husband wants to go!
