My kitchen was renovated about 8 years ago and it's getting to that place where all the appliances are starting to have problems. Chad has been out twice in the past several months, once for my dishwasher which was not getting things clean and once for my refrigerator which was leaving little puddles on the floor. Both times he has been on time, and has been polite, friendly, and knowledgable. He's done the job right both times and always gives me useful advice on how to maintain my appliances properly. I will continue to use Master Appliance Service and I highly recommend them. FYI, they don't work on Wolf appliances (which is too bad because that's my stove).
Call was for leaky washing machine. Chad arrived on time, after initial call to advise he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem, identified a store that had the broken part in stock, picked it up, installed it, and verified the problem was solved! In addition, he showed me how to clean the sprayers in the dishwasher and shared info on keeping both machines clean to minimize problems. Very satisfied!
Thank goodness for Google! Our fridge was on the fritz and Paul came over fixed it same day. The repair was quick and reasonable. He also repaired the ice maker, which has been broken for 1.5 years! I've already recommended Master Appliance to Vienna Moms and I'll be recommending it to anyone else in need of repairs.
