  My experience with this branch was fantastic despite all the previous unfavorable reviews. I went there to make a wire transfer for a new mortgage. It was a short wait before I was helped by Diana, who I was told is the branch manager. She was efficient and courteous. I am extremely pleased with her service. While I was waiting for the wire confirmation, I saw customers kept coming, which made this branch very busy. The staff are all friendly and efficient despite this high workload. I think they are doing a good job.

  I only have wonderful things to say about this place. Dr. Lu and his team are professional and caring. The office is clean and modern with a great atmosphere. I appreciate being greeted with a smile, the cheerful vibe, and their attention to detail. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

  A+ experience at First Impression Orthodontics! Dr. Lu and the entire staff are so friendly, professional, and efficient! Had a great experience with Invisalign and have recommended them to friends.

  We have been extremely happy with First Impression Orthodontics. The Doctor and Staff are amazing and the technology and detailed analysis behind my son’s orthodontic plan was impressive- and the reason we’ve recommended them to our friends. Highly recommend them!

  First Impression Orthodontics was recommended by a family friend and it was told to me that they were the best in the business. Upon my initial visit I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism that all of the staff members showed and how I instantly felt at home. Along the way, Justin and countless others made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Lu is a class act and is one of the nicest and genuine people I’ve met. The ladies at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. Ashley went out of her way to make sure they worked around my busy schedule and fit me in when they could. I appreciate Ashley’s attention to detail and her customer service. If you want great results and a place where you would feel comfortable First Impression Orthodontics is definitely the place. FYI, I’m not a guy that writes reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience. Yea, their that good!

  Dr. Lu and his team are absolutely amazing. Every appointment was quick and easy. They made my 9-year-old feel so comfortable. I can't recommend this place more.
