  I had an issue with my vehicle and I went to a couple other places including the Liberty Franconia Service Center and Southgate Merchant's Tire and neither would put in the effort to diagnose my problem, which was a mechanical one (rattling sound). The Merchant's wanted to scan the engine codes even after I told him I had the codes just scanned at a different place and it was a mechanical issue. No way was I paying a hundred bucks for that when I knew it wouldn't diagnose the problem. When I took it here to the Mount Vernon Shell they actually LISTENED to what I was saying and didn't try charging me for unnecessary labor. They took it for a test drive and quickly found the source of the noise which was the shock mount. Repair price was reasonable.

  Quick and friendly service by knowledgeable mechanic. No long wait on a Sunday which was nice since there's no seating. Quick tip: Maybe unharmful but just be sure to check the dates on food merchandise because most is expired by a few months.
  
  Revised: The mechanic was super helpful in proactively diagnosing a condition that he didn't know I was already aware of. I didn't stop him because I wanted to hear his advice on how to fix. He offered cost-effective solutions that would not only be a better investment but Dave me time in the long run...other mechanics never mentioned.
