I recently purchased a home in Springfield and I chose NY Carpet to replace carpeting solely based on their online reviews. Hassan, the manager/owner helped me and my brother as soon as we walked through the doors. On the day of installation, he came by to make sure the work was being done properly. The quality of the carpeting we chose is great and Hassan's customer service was A+. I would highly recommend!

I have owned many different houses in my lifetime and I have used many different stores to renovate them. New York Carpet has absolutely been the best so far. Excellent quality, good prices, great selection and great service.
In the past two years they have done the entire carpeting for my house, the main level hardwood floors, remodeled my kitchen and all my bathrooms. The installers did a nice job every time. They were professional and always on time. I like the way the owner, Mr Hassan manages his business, he seems to be on top of everything. Mr. Hassan is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and detail oriented. He supervises his crew regularly to catch any potential flaws and to make sure everything goes as it should.

The installation was within days of our selection, and the installers worked quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love our new carpet and only wish we had done it sooner.
