Team Z is so wonderful. First off training programs for whatever distance you are training for (sprint, oly, half, full) you name it and there is a program for it. You just want to focus on running and use the other sports as cross training, yes. You just want to workout and not do races, great, come on out and get some great workouts. You want a team feeling while you are doing your thing, YES we have that. Come join in the fun.
Team Z is an incredibly inclusive, supportive triathlon program for all ages, shapes and sizes. The annual training and education program align to your fitness level with workouts flexible enough to fit around a busy full-time work schedule. As a busy mom what I love the most is the team spirit which really can't be beat, especially at race events. Team Z makes triathlon achievable for all.
Great opportunity for anyone thinking about triathlon but does n't know where to start. or if you are an experienced triathlete but want to train in a team atmosphere. Wide range of triathletes on Team Z from very experienced to beginners. All are welcome.
Team Z has an amazing combination openness to people of all levels, strong social support, deep coaching and tons of fun. I joined because I wanted to see if I could simply complete a short triathlon and I needed some help. That help has taken me to multiple long-course world championships as part of Team USA. Your results may vary, but everyone enjoys being part of Team Z.
One of my favorite things about team z is how friendly and supportive everyone is...no matter your goal. It’s a great group of people, offering great workouts and you can push yourself at whatever level you want. I especially appreciate the team bike rides on weekends with sag drivers for safety and support!
