I purchased my computer here and took it back for repairs after I spilled coffee on it. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in getting my computer serviced and back running again, with all information/hard drive data transferred. Their techs work magic. Would definitely recommend.
My Toshiba laptop stopped turning on suddenly. I took it to Pro Computers and they fixed it the next day. It worked fine for about 3 weeks and same problem again so I took it back and they fixed it for good the same night which I appreciated very much. They were apologetic about it and told me I shouldn't have the problem any more and it's been working fine since. I didn't think their price was that cheap (subjective term) but since they absolutely guarantee their work, I am so glad I got the problem fixed at Pro Computers.
I wont go anywhere else. This is the place to be when you need your PC repaired. The are straight forward, honest and just the best. taking my expensive printer there this week.
Pro Computers is the ONLY place we'll trust with our computers. They're busy, first come, first serve. They're knowledgeable, provide honest assessments and repairs, and are very affordable. Chances are, if you have Windows 10 OS, sooner or later you're going to have to replace or repairs performed on your computer, go to Pro Computers! They also sell affordable refurbished computers and related components.
These guys know their stuff. I act as the IT department for my company, and as such am very technologically savvy. However, when it comes to things that I cannot do, I absolutely trust Pro Computers to do it. They have repeatedly (and for a very reasonable price) fixed multiple Apple products for me that the Big A would no longer repair. I have no idea what all the negative reviews are talking about, as the customer service at the shop has been nothing but pleasant, courteous, and friendly. Don't hesitate going here! They are the best.
