  Nesbitt Realty offers great property management services. My family rented through them and we were very satisfied. Stuart and his staff are easy going and very responsive. I enjoy their automated platform for requesting property services. Maintenance of the property was never an issue. If we ever need to rent in the Alexandria area, we'll for sure contact them again.

  I went through Nesbit Realty to help me find a rental in Arlington. I was put in contact with Mr. Patton. He was very helpful and had great insight on the area. He went over the pro and cons of all the properties we viewed. After showing us several properties he was able to find the perfect place!

  I used Nesbitt Realty for both renting my home and, more recently, for the sale of my home. I found Will and Stuart to be very responsive, they kept me apprised of all and any issues, they promptly handled any repairs that needed to be made, and were very good at finding new quality tenants with lease terms ended. When the time came to sell my home, I used Stuart as my realtor. He provided me with all of the assessments for comparable homes in the area and spoke at length with me to come up with a suitable price. He took the time to discuss the sale and possible open houses with the tenant, and was extremely considerate of the Tenant’s time and home. Stuart was able to sell the home in under two weeks during the off-season for close to the list price. Everything about the sale went very smoothly. I’m very pleased with the work that Nesbitt Realty provided both areas property managers and as real estate agents. I would recommend them to anybody who needs rental, property management, or real estate services in the Northern Virginia area.
