The drive belt on our 07 Yaris broke on a Friday evening while we were out of town, visiting DC area. Fortunately we were near Action Service when it popped! Overheated and without power steering, or battery, we rolled in as his shop was closing on a Friday night but Mohammed was more than happy to send his team out to pick up the necessary belt and install the part after hours so our weekend was saved! Even despite our emergency, and the after hours service, he charged less then market prices (which we researched while waiting) and we were back on the road within an hour of breaking down! His shop and team were extremely professional, courteous and I’m confident that if we went anywhere else when it broke, we would’ve been renting a vehicle for the weekend shelling out hundreds of dollars and still paying more to get it fixed.
