(December 18, 2018, 10:24 pm)I took my 5 year old son to get treated for an ongoing cold. Since his pediatrician office was closed on the weekends and I had a pleasant experience the last time I came I decided to give it another try. Besides it’s 5 minutes away from my house.
I made an appointment using their online system the night before. I came in close to my appointment time and come to find out the doctor available online wasn’t there that day. I ended up waiting almost an hour to be seen which sucked but it is a clinic so it’s to be expected. Just disappointed that they had an option to make an appointment but wasn’t being utilized that day?? I was told that the available doctor was running behind. I believe there was only 1 doctor available.
We ended up seeing Dr. Mennan. He was the same doctor we saw last time and had a wonderful experience. He walked in with a warm and welcome smile on his face which immediately made me feel comfortable as oppose to just another patient. He was very professional; knowledgeable; and took his time to LISTEN to what was going on. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He seemed to genuinely care how we were feeling and gave us recommendations as well as a prescription to treat us. Dr. Mennan exceeded our expectations with this visit and we will be returning to him if we need any additional medical care. -

(December 9, 2018, 3:25 pm)After having been told the wait was over 2 hours at another urgent care, these guys took me at 7 p., 1 hour before closing. The entire staff is excellent Dr. Murthy was so genuine in her caring and bedside manner. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Update- my second visit here and appreciated everything Amanda did for me. Thank you!

(November 4, 2018, 1:16 am)My experience was much better than that of an emergency room. I know the two locations have different capabilities and quantities of people however my daughter essentially had a cold and I know if I went to the emergency room we would've been there for at least three hours do to past experiences. Here we were in and out in an hour and to me that's reasonable. Additionally the doctors advice was 100% in line with what I was thinking and that made me comfortable.
