(November 4, 2018, 5:07 pm)My four year old son attends the Muay Thai classes and he really enjoys it! The instructors are very attentive. He's learning self discipline, how to protect himself, and he's having a great time! This is a wonderful program for children. My 16 year old son also attends, but he's boxing. This class gives him an activity that he enjoys and structure which is important to me. I highly recommend the STB Training Center!

(July 5, 2017, 4:57 pm)STB is great place for a beginner like myself. Having no experience with Muay Thai i didn't know what to expect. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and create a great atmosphere to learn and improve. Be prepared to sweat though, they make you work hard.

(December 21, 2016, 7:04 pm)Seapeanong is the best gym/MMA center I have trained in. This is the place to go if you are serious about fighting Muay Thai or committing to a gym with a great community. The staff and members are all close knit, while still incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're here to stay, you won't be disappointed.
