(October 21, 2016, 11:55 am)Flavors catered our wedding of 55 people in Alexandria this month and were just wonderful to work with and to enjoy their great food and service. Aline and Chef Paul were great to work with. Flavors was very well prepared having toured the site with the manager, met with us, and answered our questions and fulfilled our particular preferences, in a word, flexible. All guests complimented all, yes, all, the food, and noted their moist salmon, fluffy grains, and delicious tiny pastries (we chose latter in lieu of a cake). All the staff were prompt, hardworking, courteous, professional yet friendly, and knew just what to do when. Set up and wrap up went smoothly. Thank you Aline and Chef Paul and staff for a tremendous experience.
