  DR.Domanski is the best platic surgeon in the DMV area. He takes hes time and explains everything about the procedure. You can call him 24/7 if something goes wrong or you have any questions after the procedure and he will always be there for you. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone professional and fun to do a procedure!

  I have found Dr. Mark Domanski through a friend recommendations about two years ago. Based on my own expereince I truly recommend Dr. Domanski as one of my favorite plastic surgeon. I travel from NYC to DC for appointment with Dr. Domanski. His staff is profesional, they always made me feel comfortable and they work around my schedule. I had manny concern and question and Dr. Mark Domanski was able to explain all my options, and recommend what is right for me.
  Based on mine nad my friends experience I truly feel Dr. Mark Domanski is a surgeon I can trust .

  I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Domanski and his staff. After a freak accident left me with multiple broken facial bones, I was required to get surgery less than 48 hours later, due to the risks involved. Dr. Domanski not only made me feel comfortable, despite the intensity of the situation, but also did such a great job on the surgery itself that people cannot tell I even had to have serious surgery on my face. Throughout my interactions with him, Dr. Domanski proved to be incredibly friendly, kind, understanding, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. He ensured that I understood the entire process before going into surgery, what he would be doing, and what I could expect for the recovery process.
  
  As if being a great plastic surgeon wasn’t enough, when I ran into issues with insurance after the surgery took place, I reached out to Dr. Domanski for his assistance and he immediately sent me a signed letter to give to insurance along with pictures and other evidence to back up my claim. They were also very patient with me in regards to billing since I was having to go through the claim and appeal processes with insurance.
  
  Looking back, I am so grateful I found Dr. Domanski and could not have asked for a better plastic surgeon to have taken care of me during that time.

  Fast Service and great advice, Dr. Domanski was very helpful! I had to have surgery on my thumb, but I was leaving for Kansas in a few days, so he explained the surgery procedure and helped me choose an orthopedic surgeon and therapist in Kansas for the operation. Very attentive and knowledgeable, highly recommend
