  This review is for Taylor, who works in Maintenance at Avalon Mosaic. Taylor is professional, kind, courteous, a hard worker, and is extremely helpful with whatever you may need. He goes above and beyond if you need his assistance, and he does everything in his power to help Avalon residents with whatever they may need. Taylor assisted me with some minor issues in my apartment (a light fixture became detached) and he ended up giving me amazing advice on other maintenance issues as well. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone at Avalon. He is extremely dependable, knowledgeable, passionate about his job, and has a great deal of institutional knowledge about the building. I hope you don't need to contact maintenance during your stay, but if you do, you will be very pleased if Taylor shows up at your door.

  I never do reviews of anything, but I believe this apartment complex deserves one! I am currently in the middle of a last minute move. I accepted a job offer in Arlington on Friday and came out on Saturday to look at apartments in the area. I have one week to move before the holidays and needed to act fast. This was the last apartment I saw and I wish it was the first!! The building is new and in beautiful condition, the fitness center is absolutely perfect and has everything you could need (I will actually not be getting a gym membership because it's so nice)! They had the perfect size floor plan available for me (a studio with the bedroom separated). I have been working with Laura Preston and she has exceeded all my expectations!! Because this is a last minute move and everything has been happening so quickly, I had to negotiate being released from my current lease in another city. Due to that being a bit of a process, I needed an extra day of my holding period before I could confirm that I would be accepting the apartment. Laura was very understanding and was kind enough to work with me and extend my holding period another day! She has helped so much in helping me get everything done and providing me with all the information I need! This will be my first apartment community I have lived in and I will be sure to update after I settle in. I have no doubt this will be a wonderful place to live!

  Moved in this month, and Avalon and Ian (Francisco) made sure it was smooth sailing even though there were a few initial hiccups regarding the apt.
  Ian made sure our move (moving cross country) was hassle free, by updating on any information we requested on phone/email asap. He did a fantastic job, and his communication/people skills are excellent. These are rare qualities in the renting scene and it was a pleasure meeting him.

  Awesome times 1000! The weight room is solid. You can't beat the location. Being able to walk to Target is awesome! Emily and the front office staff is professional and courteous and answers any questions I may have. I recommend it to all my friends. I can't think of anything I'd change, other than have a few more machines in the weight room, but of 100 things you look for in an apartment that's like #93!

  Just moved here a couple weeks ago and so far I am really enjoying it. Ian Francisco did a fantastic job answering all of my questions promptly during my apartment search and move-in. I’m looking forward to trying all the Mosaic’s restaurants which are within a 5 minute walk. Going to take me a while!
