Restoration Doctor was one of the few remediation companies to answer the phone after a 100 year storm that resulted in a flooded basement. Frank was cool, calm, and collected during what was probably a very chaotic time for his business and I appreciated that. While he was unable to get out of our house the same day due to the high volume of flooding in the area, he did come out the next day and had his crew there to get the remediation done within 24 hours. He was really easy to work with and coordinate details with--especially given the house he was providing services for was occupied by a tenant and it added an extra layer of complication and coordination. He photographed everything for us and showed me all the moisture on his moisture reader so I wouldn't feel swindled. I would highly recommend this company for remediation. Prices were comparable to all others, but Ron's customer service is what separates him from others. He also has all the correct certifications and even showed me them so I could verify. Don't hesitate to ask for that.

How to begin with what has been the most pleasant experience we've had with a service provider, bar none... Steve is wonderful. Available, responsive, and completely reasonable with his pricing structure. We've had him out for a number of issues related to a leaky roof and groundwater intrusion in the basement. He's solved every issue and calmed us in our greatest panic as new homeowners. We'd recommend him HEARTILY to anyone with a water remediation need.

One morning at 3am we were suddenly awoken to the sound of gushing water flooding our second floor bathroom. I sleepily stumbled to the bathroom to discover a pipe under the sink had burst and was spraying a steady stream of hot water onto the walls, cabinet and floor. The water was flowing very fast and by the time we were able to turn off the water supply, the bathroom had already been flooded with more than an inch of water, and it had spread to the hallway and soaked into and through the carpet to the baseboards and wood below. To make things even worse, the water seeped through the floor and was streaming down the walls below and through the ceiling and light fixtures into our living room and entryway below. I searched for an emergency water damage restoration company online and found Restoration Doctor, and within 20 minutes, Steve and his team pulled up in a truck with a water pump, several water drying fans, dehumidifiers, and moisture and mold testing equipment. He quickly inspected the situation, assessed the damage, took several photos of the damage and water readings. They quickly started pumping out the flooded water, and set up the drying fans to stop any potential mold from forming (none ever did). The next day a repair crew from the company came over early in the morning to continue the clean up and monitor the drying fans. I was very impressed throughout the process at their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. They helped turn a terrifying and overwhelming situation into a very manageable experience that we now look back at and laugh. Once the water mitigation process had been completed, we hired them to do our repair and restoration work, since we were so impressed by the professionalism of their water restoration team. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. They worked directly with our home insurance representative, which made things very convenient and smooth. They kept us well informed throughout the process, and they were receptive to our needs, respectful of our scheduling situation, and very friendly. Most importantly, their work was top quality. You would never be able to tell there was water damage to our home. We basically got an (almost) free bathroom remodel out of the situation, and new carpet in the upstairs hallway, as well as some new drywall, light fixtures and a fresh coat of paint in the downstairs area. They completed the repair work in a timely manner and were very clean and respectful of our space. Since that issue, we've had Ram come back to replace our roofing and gutters, which was done quickly and we are very pleased with the quality of work. They also gave us a very detailed and reasonable estimate on a living room addition and detached garage that we are still considering. Each project has been consistent in quality and professionalism. We will surely use them again for future home remodeling or repair work, and we have recommended them to our friends and relatives as well who have had similar positive experiences.

Steve and his crew promptly came out to survey the damage, and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. His crew was very thorough, polite, and professional. They did a really great job, so I highly recommend them. Steve and his team walked me through the process, provided me with a detailed estimate, then checked in regularly during the process, so I was always up to date on the project. They used moisture meters to find what was wet, what needed to be discarded, and what could be repaired, instead of just tearing everything out. It made me feel more at ease that things were being done properly.They took several pictures and created a detailed report. This made the insurance claims process super easy. I also really like that Ram also does the repair work. I believe this is a great savings on the overall cost instead of having two companies to deal with.The final cost was very close to the original estimate, and they provided clear detail so that I could understand why there was a difference. There were no surprises. The cost was reasonable, and I couldn't be more satisfied.They set up the equipment in a clean and professional fashion. They taped power cords and edges, made sure areas they weren't working on were protected, removed damaged drywall neatly, and cleaned up afterwards very well. They paid as much attention to detail as I would have if I had done it myself.I've worked with many other contractors in my life, but these guys are among the best.
