  I have been training with Emily for about 4 years. She is an amazing trainer. She is dedicated to her clients and tailors the session to what I need. If we have to miss a session she will text me a workout! Emily is relaxed and funny but still is able to motivate me to finish my workout. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays. I even have muscles in my arms now!!!!

  I had twelve sessions with Emily, and it was the most pleasant butt-kicking I've ever had! :D Emily is so knowledgeable and motivating, and I worked out so much harder than I ever did on my own. Also, having her come to my house 3 days per week was a great way to establish a workout habit -- I couldn't skip a workout when she was coming to She's also just a fun person, and even though I was terribly out of shape, I looked forward to our workouts. If you're looking to get into shape or just start an exercise habit, I'd highly recommend Emily!
