Courtney is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met, and she is VERY timely with her payment processing! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent, not just for the wonderful location, beautiful landscaping, and relaxing and safe neighborhood, but also for the friendly staff in the leasing office; I wouldn't trust any other team with my home!

(June 14, 2018, 10:16 am)It has been a pleasure living here, but unfortunatley, we have to move out of state so we have to be leaving soon. Ashley has been very helpful. Every time my wife called she handled everything really efficiently.
We had to file a noise complaint, and she helped us with all the steps we should take.
The apartment is good for the price you pay and it is close to everything. -

(May 29, 2018, 3:19 pm)Great place to live. The apartments are a bit pricey, and I hate having to pay for trash service but management really does an outstanding job in maintaining the grounds. Staff members are friendly and professional. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. In addition, I frequently utilize the gym at various times and it is never too crowed, and is always clean. I can get onto 66 within a couple of minutes. The close proximity to Trader Joe's, public library and gas stations are other added bonuses. Would definitely recommend this place to live.
