  Discovered I had a flat tire when I left work tonight. Thought I was completely out of luck but remembered this Mr. Tire around the corner from my office. I was amazed that they agreed to replace my tire even though I came in less than an hour before closing. The assistant manager was incredibly nice and helpful. Excellent customer service and kind people who didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. This is definitely my new place for tires, oil changes and more. Thank you!

  Mr. Tire’s Services was exceptional in every way. They were fast, professional and thorough, and additionally cut me a break which I’ve never experienced before at a car service center. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back when I need the type of services they provide. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs reliable and dependable service at an affordable price.

  The service at this location has been fantastic! I have had multiple oil changes and regular maintenance from Mr. Tire, every time they have honored my appointment, often making accommodations for late calls. Their staff is courteous and provides open communication. A great center with solid service!

  I am from NY but moved to the area recently. I had a great relationship with my local Mr. Tire so I decided to stick with the company here in VA. I made an appointment to get new tires, an oil change, and new wiper blades. It was easy to get an appointment on the day and time I needed it, customer service was excellent- they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and even helped me get a discount. I will definitely be choosing this location for my auto needs!

  My tire blew out on the highway and Mr. Tire happened to be the closet tire shop around. I did not have to stand around when I got there and Julio (Store Manager) personally inspected my car and began work on it as soon as I got there. Had to order a new tire delivered but once that came in I was back on the road (total time including tire arrival took about 2hrs). I was happy to get in and out with no appointment. Julio was honest and informative but let me decide on tires and course of action. Appreciated their help.
