  We've used Appleton Campbell a few times over this past year and they've always been great. Most recently, we had them replace our sump pump - they arrived when they said they would, were very courteous and friendly, quoted us fairly, and were able to install the pump quickly. They showed me exactly what they did in a way I could understand. We will definitely be using them again with any other issues!

  Extremely professional and friendly experience throughout. Customer service (Renee Davis) was polite and helpful with scheduling. The technician (Ethan) arrived on time and was extremely polite, professional and informative. He answered all of my questions. Ethan went over the status of my 2 heating units and made recommendations for their most efficient operation. I love the comfort that is provided by having a maintenance agreement with Appleton Campbell, knowing my units will be inspected twice a year. I will be using them for all my future cooling and heating maintenance. Highly recommended.”

  Awesome service. Prompt technicians that were able to clearly walk through the details of the necessary repair. Upfront total cost removes all the risk of traditional hourly work. Very professional and quality workmanship was apparent!

  Had to call Appleton Campbell due to frozen outside spigots. The temps were on in the 20's, but they sent two guys out within three hours of my call. The plumbers offered me a couple options and gave me an estimate up front. The job was done to my satisfaction, in a timely manner, and I appreciated the professional approach that was used. I would definitely call them again in the future. (Also, they like dogs and that helped a lot .)

  My furnace went on the fritz. Appleton Campbell was there right away with a technician (Rodney L.) They were able to have a new unit at my house with-in 2 days. The installation technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.( Roger S. & Jesse W.) They had my old unit out and new unit installed that day. The Technicians did a great job,cleaned up the work area, and gave me a great looking heating unit. I am very very happy with there work. Thank you Appleton Campbell.
