Definitely one of the best offices in Winchester. Both the therapists and the office manager are amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable, responsive, patient and kind. All my questions and concerns are answered in a timely matter. I had a great experience, will definitely recommend every time!

The Balance Kinetics classes have a strong focus on Body Awareness, Postural Alignment, Flexibility, Core Control and Proprioception. Joint Kinetics - Back Correctives. Classes were excellent. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the visual aid was a great help with getting movements accurate.
