  I had a great experience at the office with our Yorkie. She was in for a routine visit, 2 shots being updated. She was great, and the staff were also great! Thanks for the care you provide to our Family Pets.

  This is the best vet office in Winchester. They do not treat people like idiots and they are compassionate. There is no unnecessary testing and they do not judge the decisions that are made. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

  Took in our current rescue cat for his shots about a month ago. Saw a female doctor and vet tech. Had a wonderful experience. Went back yesterday for his boosters. Had Dr. Green and a male vet tech. The vet tech seemed like he was being bothered and had a horrible bed side manner. He took my cat in the back to clip his claws. I jokingly said be careful. When he returned, I said wow, your arms aren't scratched up. His reply as he was going out of the room was that's because we are professionals. Dr. Green came in with said vet tech to give the shot. The vet tech was a bit rough with my cat and Dr. Green stabbed the needle in. When I went to pay, I was charged $36 for the claw trim because the vet tech stated my cat was difficult. I don't pay that much for my own nails. Today, my cat is not only not eating but is limping. When I called the vet and was told that he could prescribe anti inflammatory medication. He suggested we give it another day. I explained that my cat was fine after the first visit, why is he having problems now. I was told sometimes this happens after the second shot. I am hoping this is true, however I will never have Dr. Green or the male vet tech touch my cat again. I will only see the female vet I saw that he saw the first time. I like the hospital overall, just not the service I received yesterday.
  Update: Casey contacted me to check on my cat. She also informed me that I will only see the female vet going forward. She also credited me the claw trimming cost and apologized for my experience. That's how businesses should treat their customers.

  My wife and I LOVE this place. During a crisis with 2 of our new pets, our previous vet clinic that we have gone to for 10 years plus, blew us off because I was going to be 2 minutes late for the appointment.
  
  On my way home I stopped at Kingdom Animal Hospital, explained what was going on and was told if I didn't mind waiting, our pets could be seen.
  Doctors are GREAT! Knowledgeable, compassionate, don't rush you, explain in detail and give you time to ask questions.
  The staff from up front to the back are FANTASTIC!!
  WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE!
  All 4 of our pets are treated here. Highly recommend.????????
