I was visiting from Maine and had break issues as I was getting ready to return to Maine, I was sure no garage would be available to work on my car same day! Normally unheard of. Friends from Virginia recommend this place. I drive in and was greeted by Steve and his partner, super friendly guys and said they would get my car done. By 2pm I had a call the car was finished! So thankful for this garage!! Definitely recommend 👍🏻🙂
Stiltner's Automotive is the only place I would have my wheel alignment done, along with front end work. They are the most honest shop in town. Steve and TJ are the friendliest and most professional people you will ever meet.
Had persistent problem with tire low pressure warning light on a '12 Dodge Caravan. No matter what I did, light stayed on. Asked my mechanic about it and he told me if I brought the car into his shop he'd take it to Stiltner's. So, he suggeted I go directly to Stiltner's. Very efficient and courteous service. They found the problem quickly and fixed me right up!
I was so pleased with the work and service this business offered me. Being a woman when I go to an automotive business I sometimes feel intimidated because I feel some of the business will try to get over on me just because I'm a woman and I may not know what I'm talking about when it comes to car service. When I walked into this shop I didn't feel like that at all. I was greeted with the utmost customer service and I felt so comfortable with the gentleman that was there to serve me. He explained everything in full detail so that I could understand without a doubt what was going on with my car. After the work was done he even went as far as to explain what he had done to correct a problem I was having and assured me if there were further issues to be taken care of that they would be more than happy to accommodate and even gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost. Would I go back? Yes!!!! You have here one very satisfied customer!!!!!!
