(November 15, 2016, 11:53 pm)Well, I've been with this bank since they were first the Newport News Shipbuilding bank at least now over a decade ago (unless it was Langley? To be honest I forgot which one it started from) I haven't had anything negative myself then in over 15 years so I guess there'd be no reason for a bad rating! They're fees are very low from what I've experienced, with at most a $0.25 fee for using their debit card BUT no charge if you use that debit card as credit. Any deposit you make will generally be immediately available which is a wonderful departure from others like Bank of America. Staff has always been friendly at this branch as well.
