The waiting room was very nice. Service department was friendly and informative. They fixed the recall but unfortunately the door module is on backorder with no eta (not Parrish's fault).
Only ding is the length of time it took to diagnose (3 hours) but they might have been my fault as I asked about the door issue upon my arrival and not when I made the appointment (that's on me).
