Simply put, Dr. Sismanis and team are the real deal. True professionals in every sense of the word. From the time I stepped in the office to the exam/procedure and post-op, the entire team was phenomenal. Courteous, attentive, and reassuring, the team made me feel at home and at ease with my procedure. The doctor’s bedside manner is impeccable. Bottom line, this is the team you want taking care of your eye issues.

Dr. Sismanis performed ptosis surgery on my eyelids March 3, 2021. I admit that I was nervous thinking about the "yuck factor" of having my eyelids sliced open. Dr. Sismanis was reassuring, played good music at the onset of surgery helping me to feel confident and relaxed. I am happy with the outcome of the surgery. My eyelids are now positioned where they should be. Dr. Sismanis is personable and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Jimmy and his staff were absolutely amazing. They all treated me with care , kindnesses and professionally. I was extremely nervous about my procedure and after going through it, I can honestly say Dr.Jimmy made it as painless and stress free as he possibly could. After the procedure my insurance company was being difficult with the prescription I needed. At this point it was after hours for Dr.J and his staff. They literally were on their way home talking with me and finding ways to help me through that scenario while they were on their way home from the office. That showed me that Dr.J and his staff truly care about what they do and having their help in that moment, meant so much. They are all great and had a sense of humor which always helps when your nerves are sky rocketing! You guys are great, thank you for all of your help!

Went for orbital fracture from boxing, a very good Doctor who explains everything in an easy to understand way. Very happy, highly recommended.
