M.D. Express Urgent Care - Hampton

While I had 1 recent concern, overall I've not had a problem using this MD Express location. They are Always there when I have a sudden medical problem & can't get in to see my Primary Doc during an Urgent health matter. Their MD even took time to review my file. All I can say is, I'M IMPRESSED & Plan to return on my next health challenge. 🌿

Dr Burke was great! Very knowledgeable and explained his care plan in a way that was easy to understand. He also knew which pharmacies were open. Intake nurse told me I couldn’t change my choice of pharmacy once she input it into the system. (I’m not sure why she made me pick on the spot even after I asked for some time to Google pharmacies that were still open) the intake nurse was a bit cold in demeanor. The Doctor was more than willing to change my choice of pharmacy. The younger brunette nurse that came after the Doctor to administer medication (Breathing treatment and prednisone) during the time I was there was very sweet and personable. I was in and out in a flash. Will continue to come here in the future.

The front office was amazing, the nurse who helped our toddler was full of smiles and caring. The PA who helped diagnose Ruth was phenomenal! Excellent care.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and I didn’t wait long to be seen. I was a new patient and they took my information and I filled out paperwork pretty quickly. I was skeptical at first since the reviews weren’t that good but after going myself, I saw first hand the staff was professional and the Dr was great! Thank you
