I am always beyond impressed when I go here. The diversity of the staff. Friendly. Professional. It’s culture. The rest of corporate America needs a page form valvoline. They are doing it right, Jershel, Richard and Shaheed rock!

Since I’ve had my car which has been about a year and a half now I have used Valvoline to get an oil change. I’ve never been disappointed especially today. I had the Assistant Manager JAI working on my car. She did her usual inspection of my lights and tire pressure. She asked when I planned to get my tires rotated, I explained that I had previously taking my car to the Valvoline in Yorktown and told me they wouldn’t be able to do it because the lug nuts were swollen ( without even looking at the tires). JAI actually checked them and said only four were swollen and she sent me to Auto zone to purchase some and she said she “would take care of me”, she and her team did just that. I got my oil changed, tires rotated without issue and whipper blades. This location is the absolute best, and will continue to have them service my vehicle. THANK YOU JAI and her Team.

Amazing service , the mgr and employee were very professional, polite,and proficient.
I last went to TAKE 5 , where they had me sign off on "invoice" when I got home and looked at it they had checked off things ( A LOT) that actually DID NOT do .
I will be returning to this location from now on.!
