Simply Connie

I met Connie at a Bridal Expo, about 7 months before my September 23 wedding. After tasting a sample of her Almond cake I immediately I knew I wanted use Simply Connie! I visited Connie at her home, where she has a separate studio where she bakes. I felt like I was visiting a relative. She shared many of her stories and showed me photos of her cakes, simply beautiful! I booked immediately. Connie was very professional, personable prompt, and answered any questions I had via phone or email. Not to mention her prices were amazing for the quality of work. I ended up ordering a 3 tier for 100 servings. Tier 3 her almond flavor I loved at the Expo, tier 2 was strawberry and yellow, and tier 1 was the almond again but bits of almonds! The cake was simply beautiful, living up to her name. I also ordered my bridal bouquet from her, which was gorgeous as well and exactly what I asked for. I would absolutely recommend her and hope to have future events to use her again.

Connie handled the cake and floral arrangements at my wedding 8.19.16. She is amazing! Connie has the best pricing for cakes and florist services in hampton roads. The floral arrangements were beautiful! She used big, vibrant flowers through out the venue. I basically told her what colors i wanted and she put together the loveliest bouquets and table arrangements. Connie's cakes are delicious! There was not one piece of cake left! I choose her orange came and vanilla almond for my cake.

Connie truly has a gift! She did the flowers for our wedding and I was blown away! Her creations far exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful. Our cake (not done by Connie) showed up and looked a little sad. She added flowers and made it look like the cake of my dreams. Thank you Connie!
