Our main door sounded like a sick goose and Vince came and lubed it up so it now sounds normal. Thanks for the effort to make our place comfortable.

Andrea was soo helpful. I moved to VA because of my orders. Didn’t have an apartment so I was searching around I went to river house apartments where I first saw Andrea. I told her I wanted something immediately she said River house didn’t have anything available so soon, so she recommended Lumen, gave her my budget and she told me something was available over Lumen Apartments in my price range She just knew my style and what I was looking for. Went today she was in office, I got a tour and immediately I fell in love with the place the process was very quick and stress free. Thanks to Andrea words can’t explain how appreciative I am for your wonderful customer service. So excited to move in

Amyre is everything!!!! His charisma, authenticity and camaraderie is the primary reason for me moving here!!!! It’s been a little over a month and I have no complaints really. Initially, there were minor issues with communication from upper management and my key fob, but overall, I’m pleased. Westminster Management should really acknowledge this young man who has provided exceptional customer service and contrary to the previous negative reviews posted, Amyre is the illuminated light here at Lumen Hampton!!!
