  I was up visiting Richmond and went into this dealership just to get a dog toy. I ended up leaving with my dream bike built exactly how I wanted. Harold helped me get out of a bike that I thought I’d be stuck with. And he helped me get a 2020 street bob. I’ve been to multiple dealerships in Virginia trying to get that bike and none were willing to take the time to make a deal. The second I walked into this dealership I had nothing but a great experience with everyone I talked to. Paul then helped me get the exact deal I wanted, which I never thought would happen. He took the time to get my down payment and payment exactly where I wanted. Paul and Bubba were extremely helpful in helping me get the exact parts I wanted on the bike and even set up to have my bike delivered all the way to Chesapeake. I won’t work with any other dealership besides Richmond Harley. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  I just purchased my Street Bob from Monica at Richmond Harley. What an awesome lady. She had nothing but patience with me while I decided exactly what I wanted. No hovering or high pressure sales, yet when I had questions, she was right there with the answers. The fact that I was able to connect with another women that understood my concerns was wonderful. She introduced us to Bubba in parts/service - who was honest and upfront with me as well. The staff in clothing/accessories were great too. Best overall sales experience ever! Highly recommend.

  All the staff here are great!!
  Dino was my sales representative, very knowledgeable and down to earth guy with a "can do" attitude. From helping me with my purchase to getting my new Dyna loaded up on the trailer, Dino goes over and above and is all about customer satisfaction.
  Paul the finance manager was great to work with as well..... Super nice guy!!!!

  Have visited multiple Harley dealerships and it was a breath of fresh air to meet a sales person with outstanding customer service. Monica was knowledgeable and professional. I have been in the market to purchase a motorcycle over the last few months and due to Monica’s professionalism and outstanding customer service, I will return and purchase a motorcycle from Monica (if I decide on a Harley).

  "In the past year I have visited just about every Harley-Davidson dealership in the Northern VA region, and have been considering purchasing a new Street Glide during that time. Invariably, the high pressure sales approach was the reason I walked out of all but Richmond Harley-Davidson. Working with Greg, his professionalism, relaxed approach and genuine interest in the buyer rather than in making the deal were key elements that led me to choose Richmond H-D over the others. The deal came together over a month, and Greg's patience, willingness to answer questions, and his effort to put together what I considered to be a solid deal including a trade resulted in closing the deal on a new 2020 Street Glide.
