Very reliable and honest and knowledgeable

I have been in real estate for a few years now, and certified has been my go to for all of my well and septic properties. They do it all, so you only need call one person. I am out of Williamsburg and work an hour radius outside of my area, they’re always willing to go wherever I need them. They do a wonderful job and are very personable and professional.

This company was awesome. They came to our house and did an outstanding job, and were the most reasonable in the area. A different company had been at our home before, done a junky job, being here only 15 minutes. Certified was here an hour, took their time, explained anything that may be wrong, and did the job needed. They were outstanding!

To find a truly customer oriented company in today's market is a true gem. They were very understanding and assisted with getting what was needed accomplished in short order, where most companies I contacted wanted me to wait weeks, Heather and company where able to assist with two day turn around. The tech called prior to leaving to make sure I knew what time he would be on site, was on time and very professional, answering any concerns and or questions that I had, in way that did not make me feel sorry for asking them like many companies do. This company is a Gem and I do not have the words to praise them enough. Thank you for your outstanding customer support and please do not ever stop.
