Been here over a year luv it
I lived at Mill Trace for just over 2 years. I had a great experience working with the staff. They were prompt with addressing each of my concerns and quick to handle even the smallest work order request. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking to move to the RVA area!
Living at Mill Trace apartments has been an awesome experience for 3 years now. They're always making improvements and renovations, right now they're replacing all of the vinyl siding on the apartment buildings and balconies, they've worked on the parking lots to make the roads smoother and even added cute seasonal flags to the streetlights. Any time we have made maintenance requests, they were fulfilled in a timely manner and the ladies in the office are very nice, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!
I have lived in Mill Trace Village for almost two years now and it has been amazing! The apartments are beautiful and perfectly located. I love the pond with the walking path around it.The management is super friendly and helpful. I always feel like home when I walk in the office. Maintenance is quick to answer service calls and fix any and every problem they can. Best place I have lived!!
