  My mom is being cared for here. I have been pleased so far. Everyone is really nice. The rooms are keep neat and clean at all times. The food could use some work.

  I had a great time and was a spokesperson for the hospital case managers when they came to tour. Matthew and Kim in therapy really helped to keep me motivated and keep my hopes high. Avery in admissions and the nurses on west wing were really good to me , especially Amy and Brenda.

  The experience here at the facility did not start out good .I was told my mom would have a private room by Avery the director which when we arrived she did not . Avery did not even inform me that plans had change . Did not get an apology from her until after two days my mom was there. I was hoping by this being my mom first time in a facility that she would like it and be taking care of the way we take care of her at home. I wish the facility had more people like Tiffany, Ava, Sandra, Charity and Felicia they are all about patient care an making sure the patient and the family are happy and that there love ones are getting taking care.. There were a few CNA’s that looked after mom and was very sweet that took good care of her and I appreciate that. I feel that if it was better communication and teamwork the facility would run smoothly..

  Hanover Health & Rehab is wonderful with their residents and seniors, they care about their wellbeing, it shows in their attentive nature every time I have been. I was welcomed in to do art classes (Art 4 Seniors)with the residents which they thoroughly enjoy keeps them busy, occupied and healthy as they can be. The staff members are always polite, I would recommend them to family members and know they will be taken care of.
