This has been a total game changer for my overall health, fitness and mentality. Huge shout out to Marty for his expert guidance through this journey.

As a contractor with years of abuse to my body and starting to feel the effects thereof, Marty has listened, observed and structured my workouts to bring me back to feeling good, eliminating the aches and pains that I thought I would be stuck with for the rest of my life. I am now not only pain free but also stronger and more capable than I have ever been. Able to keep up with my kids throughout their sports and activities and enjoying life with my family!

I was introduced to Strength Alive a month ago where I met the owner, Marty Farris! My dreams of joining his team came true in-which my passion for client success in a personalized training gym came ALIVE! Marty and the team at Strength Alive are the real deal.
