(December 11, 2019, 12:29 pm)This is truly a "hidden gem" nestled back in a little commercial area just inside of Hanover County along the Henrico County line where Staples Mill (Rt 33) turns into Mountain Rd. It isn't much to look at, but they are friendly & skilled professionals. I have had body work done to a total of 4 vehicles here. Some via insurance, some self-pay.
Outcomes were excellent, nearly perfect every time. The staff has helped me work with my insurance company, the rental car companies, and given me many suggestions to save money when appropriate. These are some down-to-earth people who take pride in what they do, and it shows in their customer service and their actual vehicle repairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, after the positive experiences we have had at Murphy's! -

(March 25, 2019, 5:51 am)Nice people, great work. Had to have my bumper replaced. Paint blends and it looks perfect. Responsive, quick results, and they have my trust...which was very important since Baugh Auto body closed up and didn't even bother to let its' customers know.

(August 23, 2016, 9:54 am)Did an excellent job matching the paint and pin stripes on my car when someone backed into my passenger side. All the parts lined up perfectly that were replaced. This happened over 2 years ago- still have the car and it all still looks good. Highly recommend.
