  Wonderful care!
  In April of last year, after living with varicose veins in my legs and horrible edema, I found Dr. Gould, Kathryn, Chris, and their staff. From the first visit to the last, I was treated with kindness, compassion, thorough care, and great results. I am able to exercise again without my legs feeling heavy and tight. I also can see over the past year how much healing has taken place. I am so glad that I didn’t let my fear of the known allow me to put off treatment.

  Dr. Gould has the BEST beside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. His staff is very professional and friendly! They go above and beyond for their patients. They explained everything I would be going through and how I would feel so I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Gould and his practice. A Plus in my book!

  This place is wonderful. Dr Gould and all of his staff are exceptional . I highly recommend them. Best experience ever. They provide good quality care. Bedside manner is wonderful A+.Very caring.

  Last summer , I finally decided to go over to see Dr. Gould and meet his staff after thinking I should for a long time. I was set up for a work up and came back to receive a very complete and personal exam of my legs and the venous circulation , which I wanted help with.
  I was paired with his wonderful P.A. Chris , and he was great , taking the time to carefully explain what he was seeing during the studies ,as well as answering all of my questions in a kind and professional manner.
  Each of his staff are kind, courteous and professional, allowing a nice environment for the actual procedures. There was virtually no pain , and the procedure itself is precise and professional. I would not have expected anything less from Dr Gould, as I had known him through my Nursing career at a local hospital in RVA. If you want to find out who a good Dr is, as they say.. It is true, just ask a Nurse!
  My legs look so much better , but more importantly to me is there is much less edema, and less fatigue, which I had suffered many years as a nurse working 12 hour shifts, mostly all nights!
  I wish I could remember all of the names of the lovely ladies at the center, but will say they were all great , and this entire team runs like a well oiled machine. I hope this will encourage anyone who has been pondering this, At least just call, go over and talk to them and see . I am so glad I did. I am forever grateful , Happy New Year to The Richmond Vein Center and all of the staff!

  This is the ONLY place to go to if you need a vein procedure!! Dr. Gould and his PA's Kathryn & Chris are wonderful… they explained exactly from day one what my situation was and how the process to correct it would take place – after only a few days I am already seeing terrific results… every question I asked was explained in full understandable detail. Dr. Gould himself even gave me a call the morning after my procedure to see how I felt and if I had any questions. The medical associates are the BEST and most pleasant of all. The entire office is exceptional and highly professional.
