(August 17, 2020, 6:21 pm)We recently just moved out after our lease ended (1 year) to return home after graduating college and this was easily the best place we had lived so far. Very quiet; if neighbors had people over or music playing it was always at an appropriate time. The "loudest" disturbance we ever ran into was just kids playing, very minor. Very family friendly and safe. The apartments were not the "newest" but maintenance always responded relatively quickly and was always kind if we ever had a problem. Frequent pest control checks had us with a bug-free home. After moving out, we received our deposit almost in full, but due to damage that our cat caused to the carpet, they only took out $45 which was a shock to us, we had anticipated them keeping the deposit in entirety! We really did enjoy our time at The Meadows, and I would be happy to call it home again in the future!
