Truc did a remarkable job fixing existing parts to make them look like new without needing to replace old parts on a 2004 Tacoma. Great, honest communication along with superior service at the most reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I definitely recommend Affordable Body Shop!!! Truc was so kind, he took time to explained every item in the estimate that I brought from somewhere else and walked me through how he could to a better job and save me money. The other place was charging me $550 in labor to fix the bumper, he replaced it instead. He worked with my insurance company, kept me updated and fixed my car in record time. I will recommend him to all of my friends, specially to my girlfriends, sometimes we women feel dismissed at car shops, but Truc was respectful and kind.

Truc was AMAZING!!!!! I had gone to 4 other body shops for estimates and gave me a third of what everyone was asking!!! He was very honest… I came In on a Friday busy time for an estimate and he took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, a week goes by and I’m ready to have it work on. I drop off my car at 9 and he had it ready for me by 5:30 THE SAME DAY!!!! Truc really pleasing to work with, and he truly cares for his customers, and it’s super convenient and efficient!!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience working with this body shop. I was referred to him as two others I know have used him before, one being a repeat customer for any repairs or services. The owner is friendly and sent updates to me. He had information readily available when I needed to checkin. You can not tell I had any work done. The only downside was the delay with parts, but that was to be expected with how things have been going in our current climate. Please give mr. Vo a call if you need work done in the future!

Seriously, he is such a lifesaver!!! I had a tire blow out while driving 90 mph on the highway which caused damage to my car after it lost control. Upon getting my car towed to affordable auto body, he informed me that the insurance company may just have it totaled. My heart dropped because I paid for my car straight out & only have liability insurance so it would have been a total loss for me on top of the fact that this is my only car at the moment. It was one of the most stressful moments because we all know how important it is to have transportation for a multitude of reasons. He said he’d see what he can do and did just that, far exceeding my expectations. Not only did he make the damaged side of my car look BRAND NEW, but he also did it at an affordable price. I was quoted almost 7,000 elsewhere!! He got it done at a fraction of that price which I’m very very grateful for having paid out of pocket. I didn’t have to worry about being ripped off because he is fair and very down to earth. There is no doubt in my mind that if you need work done, he is the best for the job. I’m positive he’ll get it done likely cheaper than anywhere else in Richmond and do amazing work in the process. Seriously, if you are in need, go here!! So glad I can now get back to work and go on about my business as normal.
