  My agent Wes Keating was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He even negotiated on the rates. I appreciate Cap Center's no fee structure because it's easier to see how much you're spending and they came in lowest.
  
  Once I signed the mortgage agreement, I switched to a different department and my experience was different. My closing agent seemed to be new, as she asked for items and paperwork my realtor said she either didn't need or already had. She also would ask for something, I'd send it, and then she'd wait until the end of the next day to ask for it in a different format, rather than being specific the first time. It caused a lot of headaches and unnecessary rushing on my part and meant we came up to the wire with the paperwork not going to the closing attorney until literally after I arrived to sign.

  From beginning to end, my cap center team were a wonderful team to work with. From the application process and through the arduous task of finding that home meant for me to the final closing day, I can say this team was always looking out for me. Its hard sometimes to find a place where you truly feel that everyone involved has vested interest in you and your satisfaction. I found that satisfaction here.   I would highly recommend the CapCenter to anyone purchasing a new home. Cesar and Alex worked with me specifically and were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. It took a lot of the stress out of buying a house. We will be using them again in the future!

  Tyler (agent) was absolutely great. He was extremely responsive to all of my contact requests and did a great job of helping me understand the process. With Tyler's help, I secured the house of my dreams within a few weeks (in this very competitive market).
  
  He did a great job of helping me keep track of important dates and distilling complex ideas into easy-to-understand decisions.
  
  Tyler clearly demonstrated his real estate knowledge and professionalism, but also was extremely personable and easy to get along with. I felt respected and heard, but we had a few laughs along the way.
  
  The loan team was also great. They worked with me to get the best deal possible and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart.
  
  I was pleasantly surprised to be paid the amount of money that I expected to pay. (No crazy curve balls or sticker shock toward the end). Cesar was the man.
  
  Corrine and Megan did a great job with helping me understand the paperwork during closing. We got through it all very quickly.
  
  A+ experience all around. Will be back.

  We are first time homebuyers who utilized every service CapCenter had to offer. We used a CapCenter realtor, Olivia Seay who was fantastic and responsive and quickly got a feel for what we were looking for in a home. She was thorough in explaining the offer process and helped us draft offers and negotiations that were competitive, but still protected us as the buyer. We used a CapCenter insurance consultant to find homeowners insurance who found better deals than we could. Both our loan consultant, Morgan Owens and closing consultant, Alex Rowe were very detailed and responsive in terms of outlining exactly what documentation was needed for the loan and closing process and communicating with me. And our closing attorney was wonderful about explaining every single document we were signing. The whole first time homebuying experience with CapCenter was a wonderful from beginning to end and I truly feel like we were in great hands. Thank you!
