I approached Health First Chiro when I was nursing a pretty bad lower back pain. A friend had recommended to try it out and I'm glad I took his advice. The adjustments sessions have been a great help and my back pain has been decreasing rapidly and at a time when I needed the most. I have been continuing my sessions to this day and would recommend Dr Cherine to anyone.

I first went to Dr Cherine because I was in horrible pain, and she was the nearest chiropractor to my house. How fortunate! Not only did she get me through a very painful pinched nerve, but she continues to help with keeping me in good shape. I'm able to play golf again, and that is a huge change from where I was. As a bonus, her enthusiasm and dedication to many healthy practices are wonderful. It has been a really great experience all around.
