Tiki Corals

I am new to the reefing hobby and wanted to check out a local spot I saw mentioned on Reef2Reef, Tiki Corals. Let me tell you...I was not disappointed! When you walk in there is a friendly atmosphere and many beautiful tanks set up. Mike and his wife are both amazing at making you feel welcome and they are extremely knowledgeable! My wife and I walked around a bit looking at everything and Mike made sure to check in on us in a way that felt like he actually wanted to talk to us and that we weren't inconveniencing him or being a bother since we were newer to the hobby. They also had a bunch of cool features that made viewing the corals easier for people such as floating viewing lenses to view them from above and pointer sticks to help you show / point to exactly which frag you may be looking at. We got to talking about the tank and where I was at with it since it had been cycled. Mike provided me with his thoughts and some additional information. He made some great recommendations that we talked through and I actually ended up pulling the trigger on a few new softies for the tank! It was an absolutely AMAZING experience. I walked in thinking we would just look for now but walked out feeling super confident and excited with what we picked out. I also walked out knowing that he had made a customer for life. This is one shop you will not want to overlook. Go check it out ASAP!

This is hands down the nicest shop in the area, every tank is immaculate and I’ve never seen a better selection of corals. The owners are very knowledgeable and will take the time to share their experiences with you to ensure success in your own aquarium.

Between knowledge, equipment, fish and coral selection Tiki will have what you’re looking for, and most likely a dozen other things you didn’t know you wanted!

If I’m going to spend my time and money on maintaining a reef then I want my business to go to Mike at Tiki Corals. He’s been a pleasure to work with over the past year. My wife and I wanted to invest in a large Red Sea Reefer aquarium and we wanted to support a small business instead of shopping online. We made the right choice going through Mike. He’s helped us with several different purchases and always discussed the pros and cons of different hardware brands and livestock choices. The store is clean, well stocked, and I always enjoy Mike’s advice. He doesn’t tell you what’s right and wrong, he let’s you decide. He will put you on the right track for success in this hobby.
