  This is a friendly, welcoming, caring, and very professional place that puts you at ease the moment you walk through the door! I have complete confidence that everyone I see here has my best interest and concerns as their main priority. My appointments are never rushed and they are always asking if I have any questions or concerns! I moved to Virginia from an Oregon and was very concerned about finding doctors that could replace the wonderful ones I left in Oregon!!! I DID AND THEY ARE HERE!!!!

  Dr. Tovia Smith and her staff are phenomenal !!!! I felt so much better after my first appointment today. Dr. Smith took the time to explain and go over all of my treatment options. I felt she listened to all of my concerns. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care.

  Dr. Shannon is a amazing doctor. She actually listen to you and confirms she understands you. She has the best bedside manor. This means a lot this day and age, when no one wants to listen to what your saying. She is very caring. She will make time to call you directly and check on you or set up an appointments for you. Her nurses are wonderful as well. Genuinely kind and caring again that means a lot this day and age. I can’t say enough positive things about her and the practice she is in, they all seem to be very concerned.

  I was very impressed with Dr.Megan Cassidy, this was my first visit with her. I felt she was very personable and professional and was very clear in explaining to me what was going on and different options for me to consider. I felt very much at ease. The people were very warm and welcoming from the nurse who attended to me before seeing the doctor, to the women at the receiving and exiting desks. I felt very confident and impressed by my experience there.

  Dr. Smith’s office was easy to work with in every way: appointment scheduling, check in and follow ups. Wait time at appointments is reasonable, and the reception area is comfortable.
  Dr. Smith is accommodating, patient and more than willing to take time to explain procedures. I was so pleased with her willingness to coordinate with my other doctors who needed to be consulted in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and her staff!
