Short Pump Heating & Air

My upstairs HVAC unit stopped producing heat. We called Short Pump HVAC and Jessica answered the phone with a pleasant phone voice gathered our information and the scope of the problem and scheduled us for a service call the next day. Jacob showed up on time and put booties on his shoes at the front door. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He fixed, then tested the system, cleaned up behind himself and then offered suggestions on moving forward with our 14 year old system. He suggested going ahead and getting a quote for a new system so we’re ready when ours dies. Thanks for a professional service call Jacob! Keep up the good honest work!

I just had Judy come out inspect for the winter time to make sure that the system is good to go and she took the time to make sure everything was cleaned out from leaves to dust! Always first rate service. Absolutely recommend Shortpump Heating and air with Ryan and the team!

Scott arrived early in the 2-hour appointment window. He was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate, giving useful advice on things like how to manage heating in the wintertime to avoid high heating bills, as well as what to look for to indicate how effectively the heat pumps are operating.
