KidMed Pediatric Urgent Care

We took our twin boys here for Covid testing today. And all things considered it was a great experience. We saw A. Apple, FNP-BC and she was outstanding. I will not hesitate using this location in the future especially post pandemic and hope we can see Ms. Apple again, she was A+.

We needed rapid COVID testing completed for both our children in order to return to daycare. One had possible symptoms and the other was "guilty" by acquaintance. We got there at 1:30 to ensure a spot in line (opened at 2). We sat in the car until they opened and went inside once it was our turn. Jo, Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Practitioner Student Molly were both great, but Molly was outstanding. You could tell that caring for kids was her passion and purpose. After approximately 2 total hours, we got negative results, full assessments on each kid with no need for further medical attention. The tech that checked us in was so sweet too, she gave the kids popsicles. It was such a positive experience that our kids, ages 2 and 4, told thier dad all about thier doctor visit at dinner.

My son and I had an excellent experience here this week. He had an abrasion on his abdomen from an accident on his dirt bike that I thought might need stitches. Brought him here on a Wednesday evening (during the coronavirus pandemic), and there was no wait to be seen. We saw NP Julia and she was FANTASTIC! So kind and sweet, talked through everything she was going to do, and genuinely cares about giving us the best care possible. I will definitely bring my kiddos here again if we are in need of urgent care.
