Stayed in Martinsville for the Blue Ridge Rock Fest. Daughter's iPhone got waterlogged and the screen stopped working. Bo got us fixed up in the time it took us to have lunch before heading back to the festival. Definitely recommend Bo!

I busted the screen on a S23 Ultra after only having it for 5 months. Took it to Bo and two days later, it's like I never dropped it. I hope I won't need to, but I will absolutely be coming back for any phone repairs I may need in the future. Bo is quick, fair, and does good work. Thank you!

Bo has worked on a couple different phones of mine over the years and they were different brands with different issues. The last trip was for a Google phone that people liked to make fun of when they saw it because the screen was cracked up. It actually cut my finger a couple times before the last drop did it in. I stopped one afternoon and he had the part the next morning and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. When I got that phone back it really looked like it did when it came out of the box. I was even happier with the price. I got a case from him as well. He is great to talk to. I used to have a hang up about not using the official store or going through the official service provider but not anymore. He will be my first stop.

I thought I would have to get a whole new phone after I dropped mine this last time. I called around to get quotes on my phone and found out that Bo was the only certified technician in the area. So I took my IPhone 6 to Bo Knows Wireless the next day as soon as the store opened. I could tell that he knew what he was doing because he fixed it within 15 minutes! The repair was affordable and the customer service was excellent. I definitely give it 5 stars!
