I am an old lady who lives in an old house and things are constantly breaking down. When my commode died, I called Bryant's and they immediately sent two young men out, as they had an unexpected time period in which they could look at it that day. The young men were professional, very well-mannered and fixed my toilet quickly and efficiently. They had to disassemble it and even hauled the big tank outside so they could clean it without making a mess! They replaced several parts and then thoroughly checked for leaks. On the way out when they were finished, they noticed that my front doorknob was broken and one of the young men fixed that! I was just so struck by how helpful, polite and courteous these two were.. I guess it is not an impossible task to fix a toilet, but these two not only fixed my commode but were genuinely caring, concerned young men and went the extra mile in fixing my doorknob... They took customer service to a high level and I appreciated their attitude very much.
Kudos to Bryant's and to these two workers! In an age where I sometimes wonder if companies care at all about their customers, Bryant's has proved that their company does.

Bryant's installed a gas heater in our home quickly, efficiently, and with professionalism. All involved were friendly, well trained, and attentive. They went so far as to clean up after installation and take away all parts from the previous heater. It was a job well done by professionals. Thank You!
